The Asus ZenBook 14 laptop has vents for ventilation on the back and on the bottom of the body. The tilting mechanism of the display helps to dissipate heat better . When opened, the laptop rises slightly and tilts. I consider such a design to be a very good solution that simply works. But the hinge could be a bit stiffer: the screen opens when walking with the display open. However, it does not move during normal use.

ZenBook has a lot of useful ports. On the left hand, you can feel the socket for power supply, HDMI connector, classic USB 3.1 Gen 2 and newer USB-C 3.1 Gen 2. On the opposite side, a memory card reader , slower USB 2.0 and a 3.5 mm jack for connecting classic have been prepared . There are enough ports provided - but the absence of Thunderbolt 3 will definitely freeze .

Asus ZenBook 14 boasts a 14" LED display with a regular Full HD resolution (1,920 × 1,080 pixels). It is a NanoEdge display that has minimal bezels on all sides. Such processing looks very good on the eye and the panel seems to be a little bigger. The viewing angle was maintained at a respectable 178°
