Wine produced from this grape is rich in polyphenols with a good anthocyanin complement. The bouquet is intense and complex with floral (violet) and fruity (berries, stone fruits) overtones. It is harmonious and firmly structured to the palate with a long finish. With balanced, non-aggressive acidity, it is suited for medium to long ageing, which adds body and color.
