Hot Cinnamon Tea Brewing Method

Use Filtered water or spring water that is not too heavy.

1. Boil one cup of water to boiling point in a clean pot.

2. Add one Nozie Cinnamon tea bag and steep for 15 to 25 minutes. The longer you brew the tea the stronger the taste.

Experiment with the brewing time to find your perfect cup of pure Ceylon Cinnamon tea. You could brew the tea bags four times over, so in actual fact you can enjoy 200 cups of tea.

Iced Cinnamon Tea Brewing Method (make 1 litre / quart):

Place 8 Tea bags into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea bags and steep for 15 - 25 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Melting ice dilutes to serving strength .
