Thickening

• For desired thickness for stew, soups, sauce, and Gravy. Add already prepared paste of Munro Corn Flour to achieve desired thickness

Frying

• For perfect frying, Munro Corn Flour will serve as a good coating for your fish, meat, and chicken. Just roll over your fish, meat or chicken on Munro Corn Flour and get a perfect and delicious frying taste

Baking

• Munro Corn Flour is ideal for making your baking a delight. As desired, add a portion of Munro Corn Flour to 3-4 portion of other flour to get your perfect and smooth baking.

Food

• Munro Corn Flour can be prepared as Pap, Ogi or Akamu. Just take a portion 2-3 spoonful or as desired and add cold water and stir to smooth paste. Add boiled water to the smooth paste and stir until you get desired thickness. Then you can add milk, sugar or honey as desired.
