The Maintaining Method Shall Meet Following:

2.Each component shall be cleansed in gasoline and a thin layer of oil for clock is applied to the central guiding shaft. Other components shall be free from oil.
3.Unload the scale and check if the friction is between 0.5-0.8N.
4.The tip screw on the rear cover is not allowed to turn.
5.No part is allowed to be changed automatically.
6.Steel anvil rate value after maintenance is 80+2.
