In Burgundy, winemaking has shaped the land and culture for more than 2000 years. Burgundy’s proud history –especially in production of incredible Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the two grapes that comprise nearly all the region’s wines – is the inspiration behind our Gold blend.

We were inspired by France’s winemaking history to include a dosage of organic sugarcane, bringing structure and length to the wine, and recreating a style popularized in the Années folles – France’s 1920s cultural renaissance.

A crystal-clear glass bottle showcases the golden cuvée within, while minutely-detailed, embossed foil labels complete a gorgeous package that invites the touch as well as the taste.

Balanced and elegant, the wine begins with aromas of stone fruits, ripe pear and brioche. Tropical notes of mango complement fresh Chardonnay fruit and limestone on the palate. Finely structured and delicate, the wine has a light, dry finish. Belaire Gold is perfect as a well-chilled aperitif, but it’s also a versatile food-pairing wine, especially with seafood, grilled vegetables, or poultry.
