This is a fine Spanish sparkling wine is made using the Traditional Method, in which the secondary fermentation producing a sparkling wine’s bubbles occurs in the bottle. Its beautiful strawberry and raspberry aromas and vibrant red berry and cherry flavors lead to a clean, crisp finish that invites another sip. Enjoy it on its own and with fresh fruit, fried appetizers like calamari and light desserts like crème bruleé.
This Cava has been specially created to be served in large glasses with lots of ice, to bring out its citrusy, refreshing flavours. Pale, bright and clean in colour, with plenty of bubbles, this Cava Ice is intensely aromatic, with fresh fruity notes. Elegantly floral with notes of apple and citrus with an excellent structure in the mouth because of it silky acidity
