As an emergency bulb, its intelligent emergency and charging circuit turns on automatically, switching to emergency lighting within one second. You are guaranteed 2.5 hours to 4 hours of high lumen visibility, depending on how long the bulb was charged. This solves the inconvenience caused by power outages.
